Diagnostic scope
The diagnostic is an indicative enterprise-value assessment for planning. It is not a formal appraisal, audit, quality-of-earnings report, tax or legal opinion, financing commitment, or sale mandate. Enterprise value is not the same as equity value or owner proceeds.
Final purchases
All purchases are final. No refunds or cancellations are permitted after payment, except as required by applicable law. This policy does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Inquiries and workspace tours
Submitting a contact inquiry or using the workspace tour does not create a contract, schedule a meeting, make a payment, or upload business documents. A separate engagement agreement defines scope, price, timing, reliance, revisions, cancellation, and support before work begins.
